What People Say

My most valuable takeaway from Lorna's series of talks was how I felt after each session. I felt more calm, more in tune with myself, and this was a reminder that is it important to take time to slow down and invest in yourself.

Thank you so much for presenting your enlightening and very productive series of lunchtime talks in my office recently. To have the opportunity for my staff and I to engage in simple mindfulness practices, aimed at improving peoples' personal wellness in the workplace environment, was terrific. We all commented that learning simple, easy to do tools will help us in dealing with daily challenges, both in the office and at home. Thank you so much. We look forward to the next series.

The sessions were very helpful in highlighting the need to acknowledge ones body's own state of being and Lorna provided very practical ways of stopping, accessing and managing our emotions and bringing ourselves to a more balanced and tangible state.
I managed to put some of the practices into play outside of the sessions and found the practice very helpful.

I would recommend taking on board as they are simple, practical, positive and down to earth applications.
