Our Mindfulness for Beginners and Developing Mindfulness courses teach you practical mindfulness techniques that can easily be incorporated into your daily life helping you to stay more present.

A Mindful Approach to Stress—combines mindfulness with practical stress management techniques to help you feel more in control, focused, and resilient.

​

 

Mini Retreats—short, immersive experiences exploring a range of themes, from mindfulness and relaxation to self-compassion.  Each mini retreat offers a chance to pause, reset, and reconnect, providing practical tools to support wellbeing in daily life.

Small-Group Size in Courses—in order to facilitate a more personal, supportive and interactive experience we like to keep the group size to a maximum of 12 participants.

Practical and Fun—we make mindfulness approachable and relevant, teaching you skills you can use every day to manage stress, improve focus, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity.
