Workplace Wellbeing Talk Series

Supporting wellbeing at work does not always require long programmes or significant time away from day-to-day responsibilities. Often, meaningful change begins with small, focused learning moments that introduce practical tools people can use immediately.

The mindingu Workplace Wellbeing Talk Series offers 50-minute, evidence-informed sessions designed to fit into busy workplaces across Bunbury and the South West. Each session stands alone while also contributing to deeper skill development when delivered as a sequence.

These talks are grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy principles and self-compassion, offering practical skills rather than motivational uplift.
