Our Practitioner Stance
A defining feature of mindingu is how we position ourselves in relation to those we work with.
We do not adopt a hierarchical or guru-style stance. We do not claim to have mastered life. We do not offer fixed answers or prescribe what people should value.
Instead, we walk alongside.
We recognise that each individual and organisation is the expert in their own context. Our role is to provide evidence-informed tools, structure, and support that allow people to clarify what matters and move toward it with steadiness.
This approach helps people feel seen and capable, giving space for meaningful change to grow.
